Idea Meets Action

We would like to share an exciting event that will happen in our community. A wedding will be held in our hometown of Pensacola, Florida on Friday, October 21st during the Downtown Gallery Night event. One “minor” detail has not quite been decided, though. The bride and groom are unknown at this time. That will be determined on August 8th by the friends and families of the 10 finalists of this Free Wedding Giveaway. Until that day, here are the details that we do know. Sponsors have donated bride pampering services, rehearsal dinner location, reception location, jewelry, and tux rentals. Let us introduce the two wedding-centric business owners in our community have organized this event: Sara, Wedding planner with Gillianne Weddings and Events and Hara, Photographer for Documented Photography. They had a late-night brainstorming session and came up with the idea to throw a free wedding. In the few months since conception, they have gathered sponsors to donate almost everything the lucky couple would need. They have even managed to convince a certain E-Marketing company (yours truly) to donate social media management, web development, and customer relationship database management services.

When we were approached with the offer to become involved in this event, our answer was immediately yes. Every member of our 8 person team agreed that this would be a great way to get our name out to our community as well.

What we did not realize when we signed up for this venture was that this event will be life changing for the winning couple…and we are fortunate enough to play a part. This is a continuation of the love story that these votes are counted upon.

Besides that, we have witnessed first hand, an idea that has met action. Sure, Sara and Hara could have had a great idea that remained just that. But they actually acted on it.  How many times have you had an idea, but didn’t act on it, didn’t share it, didn’t have the confidence to believe in it yourself? These professionals took the risk and now we, as a community, get to witness and participate in the results. The results will change lives, write a story chapter, and hopefully inspire others to trust in their ideas and be willing to take risks to make them a reality.

Great job ladies! We hope you guys realize the importance of what you are doing for the lucky couple and community. And, we thank you for giving Gulf Coast Premier Promotions the opportunity to be a part of such a fabulous idea!

Zoho Projects is an online project management software combined with collaboration and bug tracking that allows project teams to collaborate and get work done faster. Planning and Tracking helps you keep your project on schedule. Collaboration helps improve the communication within the team and keep everyone on the same page. And the new Bug Tracking module allows you to organize and track the bugs that software projects are bound to generate and fix them all in time.

Zoho Meeting:
Zoho Meeting is a webinar software that allows you to share your computer screen and documents with your customers or staff. You can take control of efficiency and raise your earning potential. For customers, you can train or present in a group setting. For internal uses, you can go over important documents and procedures remotely to maximize the use of everyone’s time.

We officially became a company in February! Then, we immediately sent our sales folks (and a couple of techies) to an event in Orlando, FL to test our services. SUCCESS! We won first and second place! So, as our techies are back burning the midnight oil, we are spreading our cheer!
